Entela Sula Prifti
Co-Founder
Entela Sula Prifti is a business transformation and communications leader, journalist, and advocate for informed public discourse. With more than 22 years of experience spanning strategic communications, change management, financial operations, and media, Entela brings a unique combination of corporate leadership and storytelling expertise to every endeavor.
Entela brings extensive experience in business transformation, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership across the energy and financial services sectors. Throughout her career, she has held positions at leading organizations including National Grid, JPMorgan Chase, State Street Corporation, and BNY Mellon, where she developed expertise in organizational change, operational excellence, financial management, and customer-focused innovation
Before building her career in the United States, Entela was a prominent journalist and television reporter in Albania, covering business, energy, economics, and public affairs. She later continued her journalism work in the United States, contributing analysis and reporting on international affairs, public policy, social issues, and matters affecting Albanian communities worldwide. Her reporting has been recognized for providing thoughtful context, balanced perspectives, and a commitment to highlighting issues that impact everyday lives.
An MBA candidate at Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a graduate of the University of Tirana with a master's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Communication, Entela remains passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and empowering individuals through information and education.
As Co-Founder, Entela helps shape the organization's vision, strategy, and outreach efforts, drawing on her extensive experience in the energy sector, finance, communications, leadership, and media to build meaningful connections and create lasting impact.
Enor Nakuçi
Co-Founder
Enor Nakuçi is a technology executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience spanning digital transformation, business strategy, technology, and international market development. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of KREATX since 2016, following five years as Acting Co-Founder, leading the company’s strategic growth, operational development, and expansion into international markets. His executive expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, asset evaluation, legal due diligence, strategic partnerships, and data-driven business management.
Under his leadership, KREATX has maintained consistent growth and broadened its international footprint through partnerships and projects across the United States, Cyprus, Italy, Malta, Belgium, Bulgaria, Israel, Papua New Guinea, and Kenya. He has also led the organisation’s transformation toward the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, coordinating cross-departmental teams to strengthen innovation, productivity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Enor combines strong business and technology expertise with hands-on experience across software development, project management, sales, quality assurance, marketing, and technical leadership. Earlier in his career, he held technical and leadership roles in Albania’s banking and telecommunications sectors, including Emporiki Bank Albania, Plus Communications, and Eagle Mobile, and served as a technical lead on projects for international clients in Europe and Africa.
He holds a Global Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy and Carlson School of Management (2023–2025) and an MSc in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics (2004–2008). His profile combines executive leadership, financial and strategic management, technology innovation, and international business development, positioning him to lead organisations through growth, digital transformation, and global expansion.
Orsiola Kurti
Founder & Executive Director
Orsiola Kurti is a development and public policy professional with 15 years of experience working with international organisations, public institutions and civil society across Albania and Southeast Europe. Her professional career combines expertise in EU integration, local governance, social inclusion, gender equality, civil society development, project and grant management, policy dialogue, and evidence-based policymaking, with a strong commitment to advancing equitable and sustainable development.
She brings extensive experience with the Council of Europe, where she managed and coordinated programmes supporting democratic governance, Roma and Egyptian inclusion. As Senior Project Officer and Project Officer with the Council of Europe, Orsiola played a leading role in translating European standards into local and national policy practice. She also contributed to EU and Council of Europe policy dialogue and supported the implementation of
European human-rights standards at the local level.
Her academic background combines political science and comparative local development. She holds a BA as a Student of Excellence in Political Sciences from the University of Tirana and a Joint European Master in Comparative Local Development, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the Universities of Trento, Corvinus University of Budapest, Ljubljana and Regensburg. Her academic and professional work has resulted in publications on decentralisation, local government reform, civil society, Roma and Egyptian inclusion, inter-municipal cooperation and participatory development.
As a Founder and Executive Director of EEO-Center for Equity, Environment and Open Innovation, Orsiola is now bringing this experience into a new institutional platform focused on connecting equity, environmental sustainability and open innovation. Her leadership approach is grounded in evidence, participation, partnership-building and practical solutions, with the ambition to bridge civil society, public institutions, international partners and communities to generate inclusive and sustainable change.
